Hi Folks, the user forum software is currently being updated. If you are unable to access the forum please check back in a bit.

** Update: Ran into a few snags, but the updates are complete now. The User Forum is on the latest version and is good to go.

    Hi, I have problem with SAMSUNG photo camera, it does not work since August 2009. I bought it in Seoul last May. No one can help me in Europe. What to do?
