Not too impressed. Unable to down load the user manuals. Keep getting a message “file not found”

Will look for another manufacturer next time. Pity as the phone is quite good if a little fidddly

I DOWNLOADED SOME MUSIC VIDEOS ON MY i8510 BUT THEY R NOT PLAYING BACK. I’VE DOWNLOADED VIDEOS B4 AND THEY STILL PLAY BACK OK. WHAT CAN B THE PROBLEM? CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE???

Hi, I have a problem with my innov8; it won’t update my gmail anymore. Since a month ago it simply doesn’t add any new messages to the list anymore, and there are no warnings or messages that indicate why. Very annoying, and it’s making me think about buying a not-samsung phone.. because again, the user manual is of no help at all.

Hey all, i need some help if anyone is able too, i have the innov8 16gb and its a great phone however, i have 15gb free memory and im trying to update my maps it gets to 70% and then tells me there is not not enough memory and i must delete memory, i have tried formatting the mass memory and it still does not work.

I don’t know about the bold W cos mine just had the messege icon blinking. I deleted that by going to Inbox options – Sim messages – and then deleting all messages there. The blinking icon was gone. To confirm, better switch off the mobile and then on again.

I have a samsung link and for the past 4 days i have had a blinking message icon with a bold W on it.. but i cant figure out how to git rid of it or what it means.
What did you do?

Thank you so much – the flashing icon has been driving me crazy and the people at 3 mobile had no idea how to remove it!
