Samsung confirmed that they will sell the Samsung i8510 through a partnership with The Carphone Warehouse in early September 2008. On the carphone warehouse website the phone is listed that it will be released tomorrow (29th August)

This is just in the Official Samsung i8510 Tutorial video, if this is out now then the actual phone release can’t be too far off now can it?
Notice how they only refer to it as the Samsung i8510? No mention of INNOV8? (must just be the code name)

At lot of people have seen the photo samples from the unit now here’s a sample / test of a video recorded on the new Samsung i8510 in 640 x 480 (30fps). The format is in Mp4.

We can choose between the photography and video recording modes with a slider, which is not far from the comfortably placed exposure key. During video recording we can choose between normal, MMS-size and slow-motion video. Effects and frames can be used at video recording too.
