Heya,

I just recently updated my firmware to XXIC1 and it swapped most of my aaps for new ones. Thats great n all except....NONE OF THEM WORK!!!! Skype wont connect, Messenger won't connect, none of the games load cuz Im apparently not under coverage? I was happy when I finally firgired out how to update my firmware, but now its starting to look like I was better off not doing it...Any suggestions/solutions? Thx in advance.

This issue has been discussed before in this forum under "Best firmware for Samsung I8510".
If you live outside the UK and install the latest firmware for UK, most of the applications wont work because they are tied to a particular network and restricted to UK only.
Your best option will be to uninstall all the non-working applications. Also, go to drive C and delete the file j2me.
After uninstalling non-working applications, you can freely install all the applications you need to use.
Second option will be to flash your phone with any other of the firmwares mentioned under the-best-firmware-for-i8510-t1080-10.html
