Hi,

After successfull update to XEHJ4 I can't restore my backup which i made from phone with previous version of firmware. During restore process of backup the phone restarts. I try many times but... result is the same

Calendar, alarms, notes aren't restored. "Qreader" lost. Custom themes restored, but information in "Installed application" lost. Information for GPS server access point lost. "Google maps" application lost.

Please help:
1. How to restore my backup?
2. How to check C: and E: file system consistency?
3. How to check system settings consistency?

i can only tell you, that the files are saved in following folder as *.nbu

C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Samsung\ContentCopier

i did not have those problems, you stated though
