FW Update?

Hi
I jus got mt Innov8 2 weeks ago and found out that, GPS, Bluetooth and syncing with Mac is nest ti impossible. How do I know that my Innov8 needs a FW update? Can I do my self or do I have to send it to Samsung Customer Service?
