So is there a samsung website for posting bugs/improvements too?

I have a few suggestions for the next firmware update:

Firstly preventing the keylock warning comming up when the side buttons are pressed - especially the proud camera button (1st click- 2nd click to cam is good!) - this is killing my battery big time... when the phone is in my pocket the side buttons take a hammering... and the screen is always on!
