I've recently installed Samsung's PC Studio 3.2.1 HA5 and whenever I connect my phone to it via USB cable, it tells me my phone is connected un MTU mode and no functions (appart from transferring music) are availilbe. For the life of me I can't find out how to change this. I have tried going into Conectivity > USB > PC Suite Mode, but this seems to make no difference.

All I'm trying to do is Sync my contacts with MS Office.

Does anyone have any sudgestions?

Did you install the USB drivers supplied with PC Studio ? - If not, that's it.

More to try: If you used Nokia suites before:
1. Get this Cleaner utility and let it remove all Nokia remnants (there are quite a few even after doing a complete uninstall).
2. Restart your PC.
3. Reinstall PC Suite.
4. Reinstall USB drivers. This is mandatory !
5. Tell us if it worked for you.

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. I couldn't access the site for a while.

I uninstalled all of hte PC Suite software and have managed to re-install it to about 75% functionality. (MAny menu's still fail to work with no error)

Will give the Nokia PC Suite cleaner a try...thanks!
