5 min ? that is really not normal ... have you tried to measure its voltage ? (before charging, after charging)

It is always better to use original ones, but another microUSB charger should work same ... In my experience charging was something from 2-4 hours (because i often used phone when charging)

i have something about 5 hours only when i was downloading big file via Bittorrent client (SymTorrent app) this is too long ... Something is wrong with battery, microUSB port or "charger chip" onboard ... don't know if it can be repaired ...

I think thats a problem with charger chip because whenever i connect my phone to may laptop the selection menu doesn't pop,the one ask you to go for mass storage or pc suite..battery is fine.i think i need to replace the charging port.i hope it works :(..

when you have problems with PC connectitivity, then microUSB port is probable problem :)
