Samsung i8510 INNOV8 User Forums

I've been looking for an internet radio program for the i8510 since I sold my heap of junk N96 for the far superior INNOV8. The N96 had internet radio built in which I thought was pretty funky.

Found a program called 'Virtual Radio'. It's a freeware program you can get from getjar. Point your phone's web browser to wap.getjar.com and enter the quick download code 33003.

Also found a program which scrobbles with last.fm. It's called 'Strand Social Player'. Go to wap.getjar.com and enter the quick download code 27249. Basically you start playing your own music selection and it can suggest similar songs you might like. Not as good as last.fm in that you can't just let if to play new music for you, but fun all the same.

Strand social player is great - it has a twitter, last.fm, and strand thing on it. When you play a song in your library, you can then view recommended other songs, and play a preview. Its a shame its not the whole song but still, nifty!

http://code.google.com/p/mobbler/ - this is another thing that works with last.fm account. as far as i know it does'nt scrobb your own tunes, but let's you to tune in to last.fm internet radio, and scrobb from there. great choice to pick from. artist, tags, genre and so on.

I use Strands Social Player all the time, it is a bit hit and miss with the scrobbling (that maybe a last.fm) problem, but as a music player its pretty nifty. My only niggle is that I cant get it to read the music off the memory card, it only works off the internal mass memory.
