Hi there,
I get this " Certificate Error : Contact application supplier." error every time i try to install Python. I have tried the latest stable (1.4.5) and latest development (1.9.6) - they all give me same error. Tried to sign it on symbiansigned.com, but end up getting "The .sis file contains capabilities that are not permitted for Open Signed (Online)
FAILURE: Submitted .sis file uses a UID that is not allocated to the account holder matching this email address (0x2000b1a6 )"
My i8510 is'nt hacked.
Could anyone help me with an advice please ?

You need a certificate to sign it yourself. Follow the hacking guide to get one.

Or you can try it with a 'selfsigned' one.
works on my i8510

PythonForS60_1_4_0RC1_3rdEd_selfsigned.SIS and PythonScriptShell_1_4_0RC1_3rdEd_selfsigned.SIS from http://sourceforge.net/projects/pys60/files/
