Problem with connecting to WIFI

Postby ninjax117 » Wed Jul 13, 2011 8:08 am

Hi Everyone,
So I just bought this phone today. Everyone is saying how great this phone is. So far I am having a lot of problems. I cannot connect to the wifi. I did the access point thing and it say's "Packet Data: Connection not available".

Second, it keep's saying I have a text message, but my inbox is all read...

Third, I can't send text messages. It always say's fail...

I am so frustrated...Anyone can help?

Thanks

It looks like some internal problem in your phone because this model of Samsung is such a gem. I would suggest you for customer care. They will definitely help you in it.

hey,ninjax117. You should ask about your problem to the network operator because I think it is an internal problem or You could reset it.
