I have tried to get garminXT working for days and keep failing. I did the crack and made the SW file and put it in my garmin folder. But no matter what i try it just keeps saying please turn on bluetooth and that theres no GPS signal. Any ideas?

I have the same problem , With garmin 5.30 my gps in write UNKNOW and can't find gps position

Yes I removed the .txt extension so it was SW.UNL. It still does not work. I'm trying to unlock the internal GPS before I find the maps I want. Could this be a problem? Do I need to install maps before garmin will see my internal GPS?

That's should be the first step after installation.
You can put on the maps and unlock both

No ,is not a problem what you do,on my phone i unlock gps with sw.unl,i confirm from menu garmin to use internall gps,then i put the map in garmin folder.Look in to your phone menu at the positioning methods to be enable integrated gps!

I still see no option for internal GPS no matter what crack i use There must be something I'm doing wrong or something file that isnt that right one.

When you turn on Garmin apps then go to tools/settings/about and then writ down the esn number.
Open garmin keygen and paste it into Unit ID.Click on "Generate" and save as an SW.UNL(make sure about the extension)
If you have full eu maps(2009) then you need the map product which is 378,the click on "generate" and save as GMAPSUPP.UNL
Paste these files on Garmins root folder and restart the device

In my internal gps selected and also network based is selected. Is it same way in everyone? Two ticks, network based and internal gps.

BTW, even though they both are selected and I have .UNL files under Garmin Root Folder, still can not connect to internal gps..

Stupid question, if google maps is working in my cell phone (I connect to WLAN as I am using google map) that means internal gps of my cell phone is properly working right?

I started worrying about the internal gps of my device. How do I make sure internal gps is working!

okay i installed the garmin software (no maps yet) and i think it is activated now but it can not locate a gps, can anyone please help me?


my gps is selected and so is the network is that okay? where is it located again, i can not find those settings.
