thankyou darkforest. i have used djhj4 & djhl1 both of them had farsi. and now i use xxib2. it is good but i need farsi lang to write sms. i can do it by hack but it dosent work correctly. so i am looking for new firmware that has farsi or arabic language.

no one knows?

I've just bought a i8510 but it's branded on 3 network (I'm in the UK). Is the UK firmware at the beginning of the thread unbranded? Cause i'd like to get rid of the 3 crap installed and for some reason it doesn't let me uninstall the games...

I've tried all the above firmwares, but none of them supports n-gage I've hacked the phone with helloox2, the installation of n-gage works fine, it finishes, but when I go to applications, there is no n-gage icon, or in application manager there is no n-gage installed. What may be the problem ? Has any of you managed to install n-gage on one of the above firmwares ? If yes, can you explain to me, or a step by step guide, or what version of n-gage should I install or maybe i haven't hacked the phone corectly ? If not, how can i go back to the original firmware ? I cannot find it anywhere; i had I8510XXHJ4 and it worked fine, the only issue was the battery life, but i am willing to go back to it only for the n-gage. What may be the cause ? please give me some advice.

1. Basic language: English
2. Long battery life.
3. Camera performs well.
4. Better network and GPS signal.
5. Faster performances.
It's better if possible without pre-install Google map.

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for, as the title says, the best firmware for my phone and you guys seem to be the best placed to give me the best answer.

I am in the UK and am basically looking for the best all round firmware, but best network signal and GPS is my main want.
I have read most of the posts regarding firmware but still remain a little confused as to which one is best for me: Nigerian I8510XXIA1, UK I8510XXIC1 or newest I8510XXIJ1?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
