Hi, i am a s60 noob, moved over from win mo and i would like to know which software update i can do... are the ones posted on this site for all countries? i use English language only, so is that the only governing factor?

Is the above link the latest firmware, and will it work for my region?

And i read through the responses on the forum link above, what does CSC mean, when some of the members imply that maybe mixing the CSC's would do the trick.

I am not sure if this forum is still functional, but if it is and there are some experts or moderators or any one that can guide me, it would be great for your karma and highly appreciated.
