I had PowerDic installed with the phone , I upgraded the firmware after which the dictionary works only for english to SCHI and TCHI and that too for only letter A , I do have all these .dat files for eng-eng and other in the dictionary folder but cant get them to work.
Any suggestions.

What do you mean by .bat files? What files are they and what are you referring to? When it comes to mobile phone’s language or dictionary, the best thing you could do is upgrading the firmware or software in this case. The fact is that phones that are found in different region had different language installed and you wouldn’t want your phone to have like 10 to 20 languages installed and that would be a mess.
