Windows vista 64bits SP1, the same problem.

Same problem with me, Vista x64 SP1. Under Windows XP x86 SP3 everything worked fine, so I suppose that Vista 64-bit is the problem.

Anyone came up with the solution?

I downloaded the latest version from http://www.samsungmobile.com this morning but it was version 7.1.xx.xx not the 7.2.18.9 you posted, i.e. it was NOT the newest and it didn't work. This one you provided link for, solved the problem! Obviously, the http://www.samsungmobile.com is not synchronized with http://www.samsung.com support.

The version available in Argentina is 7.2.24.9... isn't it newer? Here's the link

It defaults to Spanish, but it may have other languages built in... and you should be familiar with its usage by now

G'day guys im running Vista 64 and encountering the same frustrating issues every1 else is. however i cant find a Vista 64 version of samsung pc studio 7.2.18.9.exe as the above link isn't in English.

can any1 post up some English links plz

Also I've tried downloading the 7.2.24.9 from Samsung's main site and i get a "installation operation failed/
fatal error during installation" message. ive also tried downloading from different sites encase file was corrupt.... no luck
