First off thanks to DarkPand0r for the great job I read your posts here and at allaboutsymbian, my problem is similar to Dragon1720 I can't find the private folder on C: drive.
P.S. I'm using Activefile 1.17 Thanks.

I use Y-Browser, works fine for me. But then i can also see it through my regular file browser.

I assume your not resetting after you do the HelloOX hack?

Just to say i got it all working like a charm after i installed the n gage patch from binpdas thing, i had to re-hack my phone but its all sorted. Just to say thank you for doing all this your a legend

Hi,
about c:private, try this way ( it does working for me):

1. Get your own certificate:
http://andy.ehandysoft.com/devcert.php

2. ive uploaded hack.zip - use it.

3. use BiNPDA root signer - after hack.zip you can sign your files with it (youll find it- its popular)

4. helloOX - use it (you can sign it with BiNPDA).

5. install activefile-manufacturer (signed with binpda)

Thats it. After that im able to modify c:private with activefile.

Thanks again everyone, I managed to navigate to the private folder for some reason I kept restarting phone after the hack.

For me I hack the phone. I install n-gage and games from BiNPDA. But every me game is trial. Only the Sims 2 Pets is full working on phone. Why?

In the Ngage+hack zip folder there is ROMPatcher file.What is it for?

Its basicly so you can apply the hack after u reset, it doesn't work on i8510.
