I have the above software which I have attempted to load onto the phone. It loads ok but when I attempt to run it states that there is an unexpected error and will not load. Does anyone know if this software is suitable for this phone or does it need an update, or is there an update to take me to version 7.6???

Hi.

I had the exact same problem.

Firstly you need to update the software to McGuider 760.731 and you need to have this installed on your internal memory rather than your memory card.

If this is installed to your memory card, you WILL need to uninstall before you re-install to your internal memory.

Let us know how it went as I'm sure others are experiencing the same problems.

Hi thanks for the info, however I cannot find Version 760.731 on sale anywhere, only version 7.52 can you guide me to a supplier?

Hi I've found version 7.60.731 removed the existing software off the phone, and installed. Still no joy its loaded in applications but when I go to open states unexpected error again. Any ideas?

What map/s do you have installed on the phone, what versions are they, and where are they installed?

Try to provide as much detail as possible to what you did and where you installed things, this will help in providing a better solution.
