I actually have been facing problems on my phone for like 8months but I actually live with it everyday. Since I am free and I searched for some softwares update and it appears I found this forum and I hope you guys here will be able to assist me. TY! :) The problem I faced is everytime I switched off or my phone battery runs flat and upon switching it again, it will be very laggy and whenever I try to go to the Music section, the place where you find your songs in the phone, I cannot access to it. Anyone knows how do I fix this problem or glitch or bug or whatever?

Where do I look for the Fireware number? Is it the software version? If it is, mine is I8510DJHI4. And another is the custom version is I8510L15XSOHI2. I am actually very noob at all this. :? So please help me!
