Hi all,
We realized there were quite many discussions regarding to the recent release Samsung s60 phones firmware (FW) updater. Actually this application is included in all PC Studio from now on, but the serice is provided according to your region. Currently UK is not available for this service yet.
I hope this could explain the failures when some of you try to update your phone. We will also publish the detail information from our site about which models are supported, and bug fixs list from the new version of FW.
