1.) Unplug your USB to your phone
2.) Make sure you have installed the USB Drivers posted in Samsung Mobile
3.) Restart Update Manager
4.) Turn off your Phone
5.) Press 4 and 7 keys simultaneously while you connect the USB to your phone

Update should start by then. Had the same problem before

i have some problems with my innov8 in XXHG4. the phone provide from france. when i open software updater from pc studio it says that it not supports my phone!!! why??
an other problem, i have in the phone a folder named RnD tools with a lot of applications how are unnecessary for me. when i would delete them it was impossible. anyone has a solution??

your firmware is way to old, if not the first firmware to the phone, if u have problems updated throu pc studio do it through apollo, i have uploaded all the latest firware fo you to download

ok but i don't know ?! and where can i find the last firmware!! help me please

french language is it included in the last firmware?

I'm not sure why anyone is bothering with these firmware updates.

1) Virtually everyone is reported at least 90mins - 2hrs to do the update.

2) Many people have reported having to do the update procedure numerous times due to it stalling

3) Some people have reported bricking their phone

4) Of the people who have navigated the above and actually done the update, NONE have found a single difference whatsoever.

In summation, no notable differences and a lot of headache and possibly brick the phone...seems like an easy decision to me.

No, the XEHJ4 doesn't include french language. You need a Firmware witch starts with XX not XE.
It would be cool if someone could upload the XXHJ4-Firmware, because actually I have the XEHJ4 and it doesn't include my native language german. Or is there another way how to add the german language?

Hy to all,i have version i8510XEHJ4; to put romanian language on the phone must resoft end change version ?- or is possible to put only pack romanian language .img with appolo end taste 1+4 ?
