though I am currently having a problem with the phone, last night I bumped it on the table by moving it around, and it turned off, then I went to turn it back on, and it would just load for ages and ages, and at some point it would come up, Start-up failed, contact the retailer, this had never happened before. later that night I asked my friend if I could try his "3" sim card and it worked straight away and loaded the phone, everything worked. I charged the phone all night to full battery with the 3 sim card, and now put my sim card back in which is "soul" and it won't start up it keeps on loading then going black, then reloading, again and again, then after about 5-10mins of doing that, it comes up with Start-up failed, contact the retailer, then I put the 3 sim card in, and it loads up in 2seconds everything is working, so I need to get my sim card working again.

Ok scratch that, I just had it off and charging all night, then turned it on, and it came on fine, all working again, though I still wanna know if theres a better firmware update
