Hi
been trying to update firmware for months now but with no luck.

i have tried all the drivers as well as reinstalling all the driver versions.

the sticking point is when i check the modem driver "SAMSUNG CDMA Modem driver"when i plug in the USB it simply is not recognized.
i get a driver installation error.
however upon checking and reinstalling the driver it is found to be installed correctly.

i have tried:
SAMSUNG CDMA Modem driver
Samsung USB_Driver MCCI_4.34 WHQL
SSDN_V1.1.808.7165_SETUP_whql msxml
Samsung_PC_Studio_7.2.24.9/7.7.1.30.8
apollo 5.27/6.05

i have also read all relevant guides including you tube videos.

i am running Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

any help!

i got the same problem but after I try with windows xp, all have done!

I solve this!
Pointed Windows to the x64 folder under "Program Files(x86)\Samsung\x64" and voila, installed "Samsung Symbian S60 Phone USB Modem".
