When I recieve sms, i can't see contact name, only number with prefix for my country +3816... I found on this forum that the only solution to reinstall firmware on install another, but i don't want to change this one... Is there any solution? And another question, is there way to uninstall some default apps, like GyPsii, because they are useless to me.

With the SMS did you you have all your contacts in your phonebook?
In my phone all my contacts are saved on sim and it automatically uploads my phonebook contacts. That can be a problem at times, but when I set the phonebook to use sim contacts my problem of just the number showing up stops.
