disconnect the phone and try it again .... but watch the systemtray for the icon "i8510 connected". if that does not show, pc suite will not recognize your phone

I have software version i8510zxhi3
software date 25/09/2008 (which probably means Sep 25, 2008).

Custom Version: i8510l18brihi3
custom version date: 25/09/2008

Why is there a software and custom version number?

My i8510 reboots periodically and when a call comes in, it sometimes does not display the name the number is associated with!
I need a firmware update!

From what I know, the software version is the actual firmware version and the custom version is minor part of the firmware that handles some things e.g. menu Language and other. :)
