how to upgrade google maps ?

my innov8's fw is i8510XXIC1 and it has google maps 2.2.0.11 .Now I want to upgrade it to 3.21 but whenever I want to install this , it will say component is built in or something . So how to upgrade my googlemaps ? btw , I have tried all the methods on this forum but nothing worked :(

I tried that too but nothing changed , my google maps is still 2.2.0.11 :x
