How Do I Legally Update The Firmware On My Samsung INNOV8?

I was just wondering how i can legally, and in a way that won't harm my phone, update it.
My current formware version is I8510DJHK4. Is the update firmware any better?

If you're currently on I8510DJHK4 like I was, then there's no other way than Apollo because HK4 is the last version available for the DJ region. And Samsung seems to have stopped supporting this phone, which is quite absurd considering its success...

I realized, that innov8 has no future anymore > Nokia N900 (With portable version of Debian Linux), but I still visit sometimes this site :)
