I am currently on I8510XXHH7 so the phone has had no updates is open market and I believe is not branded (purchased on orange but works with other simcards and doesn't start up with orange sequence)
Because of these two facts i should easily be able to upgrade to the newer firmware correct?
So how exactly do i go about doing this? i have tried a PC studio but that tells me my phone model is not supported
wtf?I noticed on the forums there are a lot of pc studio types 7.1 7.2? will i need a specific version?
Or will i need to flash the phone? Bit apprehensive of this but have done a psp before. If so could some one provide me a quick guide/link?
