In which country you live in?.. I live in Argentina and I flashed my firmware to I8510XXIB2 following instructions on this forum post [1] and had no problems at all. In fact it's pretty straightforward and i have my phone interface and spelling assistant in Spanish language. Obviously I've lost all my phone settings (including my data plan access config) but i found how to restore those easily on the Internet [2].

MMMM si... el problema es que todos estos firms, son para europa y asia. Ni siquiera he podido encontrar uno para EE.UU que eventualmente nos serviría para 3G en Latino América.

Nada que hacer....

All launched firms, are to Asia or Europe, nothing left to Latin America. I hope Samsung helps providing a L.A firmware that runs with our 3G Phones.

Jaja, no se para que nos hacemos tanto drama escribiendo en ingles pudiendo hablar castellano tranquilamente.

Ahora voy a probar con los links que me pasaste jparedes a ver si recupero el 3G. Tambien eso es raro que no haya ningun Firm para USA...

Deroo friend, you conseguis that firms from different regions do not get any ..... LatinAmerica? we want to have access to 3G again ..... many bugs were solved by updating the firmware but without 3G

There are no latin american firmwares out for the Innov8 at this time.

Yo tengo el I8510UBIB1. Lo compré desbloqueado pero creo que es de Personal (igual el teléfono en sí está desbloqueado)... te sirve? Lo único, ni idea cómo sacarlo del móvil.


I've got I8510UBIB1 in Argentina... As far as I can tell it's from Personal (local mobile operator).
If anyone can tell me how to export the firmware, I'll post it (as long as it does not involve the possibility of bricking my phone)

gracias amigo pero si le cargo ese firm lo estaria bloqueando para el operador Personal de Argentina, amigo Deroo.... hay alguna forma de sacar el firm de nuestro amigo de luego desbloquearlo?? gracias


thanks friend but if you charge that the firm will be locked for the operator personnel from Argentina, Deroo friend .... there any way to get the firm to unlock our friend then? thanks
