hi guys...
im now encounter a problem and nid u all guys HELP on my i8510..
yersterday i found out tht my PHONE are LAG and SLOW when i slide it up...and the joystick cant be USE..
then when i SLIDE down...the phone responding as usual and the joystick can be use as normal..
same as when im not fully SLIDE up

full slide up<<<<<< lag..slow..joystick cant use
not slide up or half<<< normal

i already FORMAT..the hard and soft format= USELESS

GIVE ME SOME ADVICE PLZ

did you try updating your firmware ? maybe it solves the problem, it looks more probably, that is SW problem, but still it can be HW problem, try to update your FW, then you will see ...

BUT the PC STUDIO 7 SUK ALL TIME because it said "Phone software update does not support the connected model"

I have the same problem. But sometime my phone is lag and slow then restart when press the key.
The problem is cause of the cable between upper part and lower part is broken. I'm not sure about your problem but I think It's a cable problem.

yeah, it could be that problem too, some cables may be broken a little .. .

me from malaysia and currently using I8510DJIC1 Australia (March 2009)..
any recommendation for new firmware for me^^

i affraid, that you already has got the newest firmware, so you only need to step by step by that instructions with only that difference, that you need that malaisya FW (DJIC1)
