Hello black.angel. Try this:

1. Remove the battery and SIM card from phone
2. Put back the battery to phone (without SIM card)
3. Press and hold buttons "8" and "0", while holding these two buttons down, press the POWER button.
Release all three buttons as soon as the first screen shows on phone.

CAUTION: This process will reset your phone to factory setting, all data on phone will be erased.

Maybe you should try a different OS. For example I had no luck on my Windows 7 desktop but on my XP laptop all went smooth as silk. I think Vista and 7 are having some issues with some drivers.
