The Symbian PIPS C library, already installed apparently on FP2 phones, is possibly different to that used by developers on some games and apps (e.g. Quake 2, Quake OpenGL). Its very annoying, but you cannot install an older version of PIPS on the phone, as it says 'update error'. I guess we are in the hands of the developers; although I imagine the situation will change when more FP2 phones appear....specifically, I'd imagine, the N96 will encourage app conversion.
