thumbs up!

everyone can feel free to install whatever he wants.
but in my opinion we can keep the rompatcher thats a nice thing and i don't remember how to install it now. But i am looking forward to this firmware with some fixed errors and without any inbuilt applications like route66 google maps quickoffice and so on...

I think i will give a little feedback an error report after 3 days of use later on.

Programs like Helloox and Rompatcher are tailored for each phone so I don't think including them in the firmware is such a good idea. ATM I'm running one of the custom firmwares and all is pretty good. Beside the known issues with the contacts I'm getting 3 full days of standby with 1-1,5 hours of talk time and a couple of hours of wi-fi.

@Roostaamir
At first, very good job! I didn´t try your CFW yet and I doubt that I will, but it is a very important startingpoint! I´ve got a couple of questions, if you don´t mind! How can I find out, where the software is installed on the phone when I want to delete them? Ex: Norton, Roadsync, etc? I´ve downloaded SisContent, but I need the .sis file e.g of Roadsync. Where is it? Is it on the phone or do I have to download it from the internet?! I found the .sis file of Norton on the phone, so I´ve extract it and than extract it with SisContent, then I could see the structure of the folders. E.g. -Norton_AntiVirus:c_resource---apps---FILENAME....but in which ROM or img file is that C directory?!?! I couldn´t find it anywhere!

My second question is about the processtasks in the background. I want to kill some process like screencapture and other ones permanently,so that I don´t have to use JBTaskman after every bootup. Wehre can I do that?!

Third Question: Where can I find these following modified files of your CFW or which files do I need to change?!?

3-changed the cpu and applications frame rate wich causes better speed again
4-cache changed to E:\sestem\cache for more c space and for better space
6-applicatin's ram is now on E
7-camera's ram now on E(camera loads very fast now)
11-in some hacked cooked firmwares auto mode won't work.this problem is solved in this firmware
20-voice recorder records better

I use IC1 with South Africa right know and it seems for me (I´m from Germany) the best FW. Every of my programs are working perfectly, but the only thing is, that my battery hardly lasts for 1 day! I tried couple of things, but nothing could help me! Now my goal is, to do a CFW with the Combined Southafrica and IC1 FW and delete every unnecessary file/program. And to to some helpful modifications like Nr.3 - Nr.20.

I hope you can give me some good advice and keep coming!

I doubt that changing the folder and disk of the cache would give you a boost in performance. The reason behind it - is that we do not know for certain the type of memory used for disk C and E. Disk C might be based on a faster memory technology, thus changing it to E would only slow it down. I don't think that if disk E had been faster, the Samsung developer neglected it on purpose...so think twice
K750->K850->i8510->?

You are right....but like you said, we don´t really know it! I have to test and analyse, if it is a good idea or not! I can´t tell it right from the beginning!

but we know it, it is the same memory, but it is divided. Reason why is C: much faster is, that is smaller ...

Ok I understand, but how about deleting unused programms or process?

And those:
3-changed the cpu and applications frame rate wich causes better speed again
7-camera's ram now on E(camera loads very fast now)
11-in some hacked cooked firmwares auto mode won't work.this problem is solved in this firmware

3- it is something like config file (it is .txt) in "Private" folder. It's : in rofs2/rofs1 (i suggest to edit both) :\\private\10202BE9\101F8557.txt
7- I'm not sure, if this really works ...
11-Don't know what meand "auto mode"
20-Don't know if is voice recorder better, because i didn't use it before :D

Thanks for your fast reply! What about deinstalling software you don´t need? How do I find out, where the files are located?
