alright i have the DJHI1 verson and there are no updates for this......so if someone can kindly just install apollo, and just copy the firmware from your phone and uploaded it would be appreciated....

Just a question, I have DJHI1 too, no bugs at all, audio and video in sync, battery lasts 2 days and a half, everything working perfectly. Do we share the same luck? If yes, why would u wanna change it? Peace.

nope it aint perfect, MANY problems lol, and the more u fill up ur 16gb the farther the out of sync in the videos go.....if browsing to much on the web it constatly ends all the programs, videos r TERRIBLE way to dark, picture is ok....but when u go into night mode, u loose flash!!??!??! and another problem is when sometimes i drag or drop files, out of the phone i get a constant 4mb/s+ and other times 300kb/s?????? and when it freezes from a lot of use u gota take of the batery and its a pain and this happens a loooooooot when heavily using the phone, it aint as eazy as my n95, and did you kno under ur batery beside ur sim it sais 3.7v at 1000mA NOT 1200mA as it was avertized??? it dont say on the battery but i hope it is.... and the battery has its own mind sometimes it takes forever to drain and sometimes drains in less then a day and no it doesnt depend on my usage....

so yea still waiting for the firmware...

does anyone know how to update the PDA drivers??? i have the I8510XEHL1 any step by step guides?

take a look in the official firmware thread there has been a step by step guide to updating posted in there very easy to follow

thats what i looked at but it does not state how to install the pda only the software drivers as in u cant update the costom verision of the phone...

Hi,

I have the DJHI1 firmware too, I manage to freeze it lot of times..when recording video the audio is always out of synch, I also didn't manage to make GPS work. Also from the pc studio(samsung) I didn't find any update for the firmware.

What do you think? should I try putting the XXHJ3 firmware? (Basically I'm Greek but as far as I know there isn't any Greek firmware version for this phone, so English is my second choice).


P.S. Right now my phone has support for English, Malayu and some weird symbol language(propably Chinese). Also I have no clue at all how to change firmware(I know a lot for windows but nothing for mobile firmware and symbian(I'm still learning)).


-ArmenianLegend for the battery matter as far as I know the 3.7v 1000mAh has nothing to do with the battery, it doesn't mean that the battery is 1000 mAh - I can't confirm that but I was reading in another forum few weeks back and someone was explaing that, sorry don't have any link nor I remember exacly what he was telling about.
